They think about where we’re going and how to get there. But here is the cold hard truth: if you want to build something great, none of that matters if the culture is broken. A plan on paper doesn’t drive results, people do. Sometimes this is obvious to see, and other times people are good at hiding it. In a great culture, you see trust, openness, accountability, and people running toward problems together. I haven’t even mentioned profit yet. That doesn’t mean it isn’t important, it absolutely is. We have to be financially successful to fund the lifechanging opportunities we want to create for everyone. But we don’t lead with profit when we talk or make decisions. Why? Because if we put culture first and ensure we surround ourselves with great people who all love what they do and hold each other accountable, the results will follow. That’s why, at the end of the day, Culture is Strategy.  &nbsp;</p>
